A vacancy now exists for a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Marketing Manager to drive sales from the region into Embassy – MW Summer – Embassy Summer – Embassy Year Round Group programs worldwide

Responsibilities of the Position

Reporting to the Embassy Sales Manager EMEA, you will:

Lead, manage and coordinate a multinational sales partner-agency channel to deliver year on year growth

Drive sales by sourcing new market development opportunities

Develop strong added value relationships with current and future key accounts

Participate in establishing and implementing a multi channel sales strategy for Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Belarus

Establish best practice and play a lead in sales training and development

Enhance our worldwide customer relationships by working closely with our operating departments and regional offices-teams on customer service and product delivery

Qualifications and Experience

With a close understanding of agent-based distribution in an international education context, you will be:

A strong leader with the will to conduct effective sales management within a competitive service environment

An excellent relationship builder with a clear understanding of the international student marketplace

An effective motivator, communicator and team player, fluent in English, other languages a plus

Financially aware with a strong profit focus and the commercial acumen to drive a multinational sales strategy

Able to offer a sound understanding of Embassy’s global product portfolio

Able to demonstrate first rate organizational and project management skills

Able to offer drive, creativity and enthusiasm

Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
